The Company started business in 1959 in Cassà de la Selva, near Girona (Spain), when its founder Mr. Jaime Roser designed the first equipment in stainless steel. Since then, ROSERGROUP has diversified activity in the Sector by acquisitions, being currently the only Spanish industrial group offering global solutions for the Meat & Food Sector.
In the 90’s, the company’s international expansion process started with the setting-up of a subsidiary in Mexico, the first Group’s headquarters overseas; Since then, ROSERGROUP has widely spread all over the five continents through its subsidiaries or partner companies in order to offer a fast & reliable service.
In 2008, ROSERGROUP built the first productive unit abroad, opening a modern factory in Mexico to supply equipment to the USA & Central American markets.
Since its foundation, the ROSER brand has had a wide range of equipment in different product lines: hygiene equipment and complete cutting facilities.
In 1997 RMT was created to carries out research in meat production processes and provide technological advice and designs complete lines and turnkey projects.
In 2009 the CATO brand was acquired, widely recognized for its high-quality robustness, seriousness, and good service. It develops and builds a wide range of machinery for the production of sausages, with solid designs that meet the particular needs of different market segments.
Subsequently, OGALSA was also acquired, which develops systems to process high-tech cooked and marinated products. OGALSA designs and builds complete range of high-pressure injectors, brine preparation system and tenderizers.
