“Logan’s skills in the courtroom and his pragmatic, business-oriented approach to cases are a formidable combination: time and time again, he has gotten excellent results. A typical big-firm litigation practice’s approach – to fight a war of attrition, racking up huge bills for both sides with stacks of discovery requests and ceaseless motions – puts a client in a difficult position when it’s working on its settlement calculus. On the other hand, Logan’s focus on trial preparation and years of experience actually trying cases consistently lead to efficient outcomes, allowing the client to do “what’s right,” whether it’s settlement or taking the case to trial.”
